Okay, if ever there was a case made for a national ID in the form of a bar code tattoo this is it.

These guys were for real, they actually got valid driver's licenses doing this crap in Virginia. Virginia not Berkley, California but Virginia, the state that butts up to the District of Columbia? That one.

And a driver's license. You know, a form of photo ID? That thing we use when cashing a check, showing up to vote, BUYING TICKETS TO AN AIRPLANE FLIGHT THAT MIGHT BE USED TO DEMOLISH A MAJOR SKYSCRAPER IN NEW YORK CITY!!!
