Explain this one...
Sales of Sarah Palin's book topped one million in two weeks on the market. Not too shabby, that'll buy a lot of snowshoes.
But the criticism continues from both the left AND the right that she's a lightweight, just a walking train wreck that attracts dwellers of double wides to take a break from deep frying their peanut butter sandwiches.
Noted. I like peanut butter, never had it deepfried though.
So, here's a question. When was the last time a failed vice-presidential candidate attracted so much attention? Anyone..., anyone..., Bueller..., Bueller....?
IMO the naysayers had better stop marginalizing her followers. After that they should figure out what her attraction is and find a way to harness it before 2012. If that isn't done they'll stand a good chance of standing with a WTF expression on their faces the day after the election.
