"Justice" Dept to investigate CIA?

For some dumb reason, the first thought that went through my head was the memory of Pelosi claiming she was never informed of CIA procedures and their immediate contradiction of her. Payback? Is B.O. and his administration putting in some pressure so other agencies will know to STFU when accused of neglect & incompetence?

It's just a thought, maybe this is all coincidence. But yours truly has a hard time with "coincidence", in my personal experience all too often it's been nothing of the sort.
