Either they're trying to keep the TP away from the cat or they're using the tub for a purpose for which it was not designed.
There's no child safety device to prevent toddlers from falling into the commode.
Obviously we either need legislation, and a government agency to insure it's enforcement, or liability lawsuits to make it economically preferable for corporations to include them on commodes, it should only raise the purchase price to the consumer by 19%, a small price to pay for peace of mind.
One wonders whether this was a renovation or a new build.
The worst thing is there's a shower curtain there.
Which implies that there's a shower.
Which, well, I don't want to say what that implies about whoever thought that this would work out.
