We don't need no stinking innocence!
Here's an article concerning a case in Massachusetts: http://townhall.com/columnists/ginaluttrell/2013/12/09/annie-dookhans-falsified-lab-data-symptom-of-a-corrupted-system-n1759588
Let's add one about recent "voluntary" submissions of blood and saliva samples: http://www.nbcdfw.com/news/local/North-Texas-Drivers-Stopped-at-Roadblock-Asked-for-Saliva-Blood-232438621.html
Mix well and Presto! We not only lose the idea of "innocent until proven guilty beyond reasonable doubt", we lose the entire idea of innocence.
Welcome to Amerikka comrades.

Yes Subvet the criminal justice system in this country is out of control. It is abominable that police are allowed to treat people as criminals before they are convicted of any crime.
This reminds me of how screwed up the mental health system is. Agencies get government funding based on the number of patients so there is no incentive to help make the patients better so they can exit the program.
