Our borders should be secured with a 10 ft. high fence topped by concertina wire with minefields out to 20 yards on both sides and an additional 10 yards filled with warning signs outside of that Let's get energy independent NOW! Back Israel to the max, stop appeasing followers of the Pedophile Prophet. Pro 2nd Amendment, pro death penalty, Repeal all hate crime legislation. Back the police unless you'd rather call a hippie when everything hits the fan. Get government out of dealing with education, childhood obesity and the enviornment. Stop using the military for sociological experiments and if we're in a war don't micromanage their every move. Kill your television, limit time on the computer and pick up a book. How to P.O. the school principal...

WALLINGFORD, Pa. (AP) - A suburban Philadelphia teenager was suspended for a day for wearing a Santa Claus suit to school. (Wonder what would have happened if he'd worn a shirt endorsing "Hooters" restaurant? Probably zip.)

Michael Hance says he told his principal that he planned to wear the suit to Strath Haven High School in Wallingford and hand out candy canes. (First mistake in judgment, kid. Remember that it's always easier to apologize than to get permission.) The 18-year-old senior says the principal told him that wasn't a good idea because it would be a distraction. (Just why did the principal THINK he wanted to wear it?) But he wore the suit anyway, with regular clothes underneath.

Hance got nabbed a few minutes after he walked into his first class on Tuesday. The school district says in a statement that Hance was suspended for the day for "defiance of authority." (Oh brother, as if that isn't the aim of high schoolers everywhere! Don't these fools have kids of their own?)

Hance says the school could have just given him a detention. (That's your second mistake in judgment sonny, if you're gonna do the crime be prepared to do the time. And don't expect a vote on what your "time" will be. Take it and shut up, you've made your point and shown what a bunch of morons run your school.)

If I were this guys father I'd ground him for a week for stupidity. After that I'd let him throw a party for all his Santa-wannabe buddies.

Yep, I'm probably not a great father for things like this. Noted. Sometime I'll have to write about the "birds and bees" lecture I gave my 25 yr. old when he was 11. I doubt that the Family Services Agency of Connecticut's court system would bar any further visitation with me now, so it's safe to relay that story.

School officials...they run their districts the same way Obama runs this country, with no brains. I thought they took classes in child development? Did they sleep through the chapter on teenagers?

I agree with you, though, the kid should just take his time served and shut up. But he should also be ready to jump on the first teacher who wears an Obama t-shirt and have him/her suspended for being a distraction. After all...clowns are really distracting...and scary.

I don't know who's stupider: the kid or the school officials for not knowing teenagers. But yeah the little brat seriously needs to wise up and man up.

Subvet,

Why do you hold back? Let your true feeling out. LOL. What a bunch of morons. Anyway, just wanted to thank you for the comments over at Conservative Outrage, never a need when questioning that's what it is all about.

Happy New Year,
Pops

PS,
What do you make of the Catholic Hospitals supporting Obamacare? Is there going to be a Catholic uprising or something?

Mary Ellen, maybe the similarity between how school officials run their districts and how B.O. operates explains why so many teacher's unions voted for the man.

VSO, even if the kid is dumber there's still a lot more hope for him than the school administration.

Rev. Gregori, if the school administrators DO have kids they probably farm the little darlings out every chance they get. That way any realization of how fubar their minds are becoming is minimized.

Pops, Happy New Year to you also.

As far as the Catholic Hospitals supporting Obamacare, it's another example of a nominally Catholic group being anything but. I hope the bishops have the nuts to pull all affiliation with any hospitals or their administrative bodies that support that travesty of a bill.

Time will tell.
