Found this on Lifenews.com regarding a "bubble zone" ordinance passed in Chicago. The legislation restricts prolife protestors from speaking to abortion clinic clients;

Told that some alderman voters against the measure because of their religious views, Mayor Daley, who is Catholic, said, “My religion is very personal.”

I guess that means he won't let little things like infanticide and euthanasia bother him. What a guy!
