The lesson here doesn't just apply to lefties/liberals/enviornmentalists. We all need to make sure we know what we're supporting when hopping aboard the "outrage bandwagon". This goes for both sides of the aisle.

You can believe in whatever you choose. Believe the world is flat, Bigfoot exists, Barney is the AntiChrist, whatever. Just don't mindlessly follow the herd.

Back in the 60's I used to go into head shops and check out the wall posters, drug paraphenalia and hippie chicks working there. One of the posters I kept seeing read, "Question Authority".

"Question Everything" might be a better idea.
