Nope, I don't think our standard LEO's would be using these for practice. I STILL respect the everyday run of the mill police officer as a public servant doing a damned dirty job with almost zip respect or appreciation.

But somebody could be training with those targets, some Brown-Shirts-in-the-Making firing armor clad bullets while getting a feel for shooting pregnant women. Someone who is getting properly "desensitized". I'd love to get some input from any LEO's who read this. I'd like to know just why it's so critical to have no compunction about blowing away your average appearing civilian, just how often are cops faced with heavily armed soccer moms? Maybe I'm wrong but this doesn't sound like something easily justified, even in our bizarro times.
