Don't you love the awkward pause before Adm. Willard responds to Rep. Johnson? It's like he doesn't want to say that's the dumbest thing he's ever heard, but he's definitely thinking it. :)

Jordan, it's things like this that drive the military's contempt of politicians. Seriously if you want to hear a very cynical bunch of citizens talk politics, find a bunch of career military personnel. I've no doubt that holds true throughout the world.
