Child discipline at it's best.
I picked my kids up from their Vacation Bible School (VBS) today. When I went to the classroom where our 7 year old son was, I was met at the door by another boy with his mouth taped very firmly shut.
My guess is he got on the wrong side of the instructors, I dunno. Between trying not to laugh out loud and looking for my own little darling (whom I fully expected to be equally silenced but I was wrong), I didn't have the ability to ask dumb questions.
At least SOMEBODY still knows how to handle kids!
For the record, if CPS comes investigating this incident I never saw a thing.

When I was in grade school in the 50's and 60's, I also witnessed the taping of the mouth of a foolish girl who was unclear on the concept of keeping your mouth shut when you were not supposed to be talking. It worked, for she never did it again.
Those were times when everyone would actually back the teacher on it. Too bad that can't be said today.
Standing ovation for whomever applied that tape. Today's kids could benefit considerably from more judicious silencing of that sort.
