The title of this blog refers to the routine evolution of pressurizing & emptying to sea a human waste tank of an American submarine built prior to the mid 70's. If you don't do it right you wind up covered with excrement. The same can be said for blogging at times. Been there, done that, got the tee shirt. I'm a retired Senior Chief A-ganger from the US Submarine Service. Revert back in the Catholic Church. Recovering alcoholic. Living in Texas. 59 years old, happily married with three children, all eight years of age or under. Fully "retired", the wife works while I take care of the kids and home.

Getting my younger cat into the cat carrier is very similar to giving a pill to a cat. Seriously! We almost destroyed the entire house the first time we tried. The curtin part was so funny because our kitteh actually pulled down the cafe curtin on the front windows (they're on tension rods.)

And giving Erica a pill is only slightly better. It took the vet, an assistant, and myself to cram one tiny little pill down her throat. The vet has a handy dandy little applicator now that you can ram halfway down their little throats. It helps.

Funny thing is - she is teeny tiny and only weighs in the high 5lb range.
