A Catholic who follows Rome & the Magisterium. I'm against gay "marriage", abortion, embryonic stem cell research, euthanasia, human cloning. Altar girls, Communion in the hand, Eucharistic Ministers and "Protestant" music in the Church doesn't bother me at all. A proud American retired submarine sailor. Our borders should be secured with a 10 ft. high fence topped by concertina wire with minefields out to 20 yards on both sides and an additional 10 yards filled with warning signs outside of that Let's get energy independent NOW! Back Israel to the max, stop appeasing followers of the Pedophile Prophet. Pro 2nd Amendment, pro death penalty, Repeal all hate crime legislation. Back the police unless you'd rather call a hippie when everything hits the fan. Get government out of dealing with education, childhood obesity and the enviornment. Stop using the military for sociological experiments and if we're in a war don't micromanage their every move. Kill your television, limit time on the computer and pick up a book. God's will be done and may He have mercy upon us all.

Marine Lance Cpl. Kielin T. Dunn
Died February 18, 2010 serving during Operation Enduring Freedom

19, of Chesapeake, Va.; assigned to the 1st Battalion, 6th Marine Regiment, 2nd Marine Division, II Marine Expeditionary Force, Camp Lejeune, N.C.; died Feb. 18 while supporting combat operations in Helmand province, Afghanistan.

(The following was taken from www.fox43tv.com of March 5, 2010.) CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) - A short but moving ceremony was held at the Chesapeake Mayor's Office Friday to honor the memory and sacrifice of Lance Corporal Kielin Terrell Dunn.

Dunn, 19, was killed Feb. 18 while conducting combat operations as a member of the 1st Battalion 6th Marine Regiment in Helmand province, Afghanistan.

After the military announced his death, a flag honoring the 2008 Western Branch High School graduate flew outside of Chesapeake City Hall.

Friday morning that flag was presented to the the fallen Marine's parents in a brief but dignified service.

Accepting the flag, Dunn's mother, Terri Dunn Campbell, said she also accepts the sacrifice her son made, filling her heart with pride as well as sorrow.

"I too served in the armed forces," said Campbell. "So I understand what it takes to be able to lay down your life, make that ultimate sacrifice for your country."

Dunn's stepfather, Senior Chief Gary Campbell, appreciated the city's gratitude for the sacrifice both his son, and his family, so willing made last month.

"It just speaks of the sacrifice our son made and we're just so proud of him," said Campbell.

Chesapeake Mayor, Dr. Alan Krasnoff, has been in office for less than two years, but ceremonies like the one Friday are becoming a regular part of his job.

"Since I've been mayor I believe this is, unfortunately, the third ceremony we've had, where again, a young person has given their life for their country," said Krasnoff.

Dunn was laid to rest in Arlington National Cemetery on March 4.
