20, of Columbus, Ga.; assigned to the 2nd Battalion, 14th Infantry Regiment, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 10th Mountain Division (Light Infantry), Fort Drum, N.Y.; died Jan. 1 in Baghdad of wounds sustained from a non-combat-related incident.

Spc. Brushaun X. Anderson, 20, died from a non-combat related incident in Baghdad, Iraq, the U.S. Department of Defense said.

Anderson was an infantryman. He served with the the 2nd Battalion, 14th Infantry Regiment, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 10th Mountain Division (light infantry).

Anderson joined the Army in October 2007.

He is survived by his mother and father.
