No failure to communicate...
It's after lunch, my two year old girl is asleep (I hope) and the boys (4 yrs. and almost 6 yrs. old) are putzing around the living room while I sit at the computer catching up on the news.
The older boy wanders over and mumbles about me checking email, guess he picked that up from the War Department. I agree and continue reading. He mumbles something else to which I reply, "Uh-huh". This repeats itself. On the third try he firmly reached across the desk, clicked the monitor off and, looking me in the eye, firmly states, "I HAVE TO GO TEE-TEE."
Well, he got THAT particular message across!

The only other non-verbal communication that would have been even clearer would be if he pissed in your pocket.
Love the way our little ones put it right out there! My all-time favorite line of my grandgirl; "Nana, I got boogs"
Yep, she got my attention quick!

Sig94, I've no doubt that would have been next. The fruit doesn't fall far from the tree around here!
AirmanMom, getting attention is something our three excel at.
Just out of curiosity do you two speak at home or in passing? Or with 3 active children just email each other? Just wondering.
Regarding this issue. I guess the good news is he didn't show you where he Tee Teed!
