About Me

My photo
A Catholic who follows Rome & the Magisterium. I'm against gay "marriage", abortion, embryonic stem cell research, euthanasia, human cloning. Altar girls, Communion in the hand, Eucharistic Ministers and "Protestant" music in the Church doesn't bother me at all. A proud American retired submarine sailor. Our borders should be secured with a 10 ft. high fence topped by concertina wire with minefields out to 20 yards on both sides and an additional 10 yards filled with warning signs outside of that Let's get energy independent NOW! Back Israel to the max, stop appeasing followers of the Pedophile Prophet. Pro 2nd Amendment, pro death penalty, Repeal all hate crime legislation. Back the police unless you'd rather call a hippie when everything hits the fan. Get government out of dealing with education, childhood obesity and the enviornment. Stop using the military for sociological experiments and if we're in a war don't micromanage their every move. Kill your television, limit time on the computer and pick up a book. God's will be done and may He have mercy upon us all.

"So now your picture is on file with the FBI..".

That was what the leader of my church's prolife efforts jokingly told several of us after we'd held a prayer vigil outside a local abortion clinic today. Not too much happened other than the abortionist's wife came outside with a camera to take all our pictures. What a skank! You'd figure with the money he makes she could get a face lift, tummy tuck, butt tightening and a decent dye job. Oh well, no accounting for taste.

I wanted to ask if she'd take my picture from the left side, it's my best one. But I figured it was better to keep quiet and let her have her fun.

The local cops rolled up towards the end, they were pretty laid back about the whole thing. Asked our leader, "Jose" just who was in charge of the vigil. They didn't even blink when he said, "God", just laughed and said, "Well who else can we talk to." After giving the obligatory spiel about not getting in any confrontations and staying within the law they left. No problemo.

Still, I'm wondering just how long it will be until having my photo on someone's file will be a real possibility. I'm not straying into tinfoil hat territory but sometimes I wonder...

One of the tools used to discredit conservative Christians is to make fun of their stand on abortion.

What is not well-known (as in *suppressed*) is that young girls who terminate their first pregnancy are at higher risk for breast cancer later on, in their 40's, than are those who carry their babies to term.

The risk for girls who have a family history of breast cancer is deadly high...don't have the numbers to hand, but it's way up there.

Two abortion clinics have been sued for failing to tell girls the risks but they settled out of court rather than face the publicity.

Just google abortion breast cancer and you'll find the information.

If we could publicize *that* lethal link it would go far in reducing the number of abortions. Women would be acting in their own self-interest at that point.

All this "my body belongs to me" nonsense they've been indoctinated with would fall by the wayside as women began to understand that there are unintended consequences for all our acts.

One can plead ignorance of the laws of gravity, but jumping off the roof and flapping your arms will not make you airborne just because you didn't know the rule about falling bodies. It's the same with abortion: not knowing will not prevent breast cancer for some of those who choose to abort.

I know several women in their 40's who had abortions at young ages. One of them died recently after an arduous bout w/ cancer (including a double mastectomy in an attempt to stop its spread). She left behind two young children and a grieving husband.

The other one now has 3 children. No sign of cancer, but there is no way I can tell her about this...

I hope that those of you who are brave enough to stand in front of abortion clinics are able to come up with printed materials so these girls can at least make informed choices. They aren't being told. In fact, medical people who agree w/ the evidence are being called quacks (of course).

Not to worry, those pictures taken by the "Skank" are most likely already in the FBI files, and if you aren't already, I bet you will soon be on the Federal government's "No Fly" list, which will mean that if you presently own a firearm, you will be ordered to turn it in. God Bless America.
