Another idle thought...
Justice Souter is leaving the SCOTUS. Right now we have no idea of who his replacement will be.
In this age of "identity politics" it's fair to say whoever takes that seat won't be a white, Christian, heterosexual male.
I'd guess the most extreme possibility would be an athiest, latina lesbian.
Any of those around that might be picked?

Actually I think you are very, very close to the truth.
I can't get over all the touchy-feely New Age garbage coming out of Obambi's mouth about "empathy", "understanding", blah, blah for choosing a new justice. What about the LAW????
