B.O. should know that Americans DON'T bow to any temporal monarch, Catholics bow or kneel before bishops, cardinals and the Pope but that is strictly in accordance with our religion. Even then there are some bishops to whom I'd claim I was Protestant before I'd give 'em a knee.

Maybe it's small potatoes but it irks me that our Chief Executive thinks he isn't the equal of some guy whose grandfather was jockeying camels around the desert before they found oil under the sand. "All men are created equal" comes to mind, something they drummed into my head decades ago.
