What does it say?

What does it say about a President who signs off on funding abortions overseas on Friday afternoon at four o'clock with no press present and the word of his actions aren't officially released until seven that night? Especially since there had been a prolife demonstration in D.C. of 250,000 people the day before.

For some reason I'm reminded of the old insult of placing a man's balls on a razor's edge and they resemble a pair of BB's in the middle of an interstate highway.
