My letter to the President
Seems there is no longer an email address to the White House. Okay, this is going via snail mail to:The White House, 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue NW, Washington, DC 20500.
BTW, I was able to get most of the information from Real Choice;
Dear President Obama,
I am writing as a concerned American citizen about your recent rescinding of the Mexico City Policy. By lifting the ban against abortion funding, you have placed an unknown number of impoverished women of the Third World in jeopardy.
The reasons for this are as follows;
(1) Abortion can cause infection, hemorrhage, bowel injuries, clotting disorders, and other potentially fatal complications. Also, amniotic fluid, fetal tissue, or air can get into the woman's bloodstream and cause an embolism, which can be fatal. Due to the poor quality of health care available, this risk is multiplied for women in economically backward countries.
(2) The degree of risk of suffering any complication depends on the woman's health, the skill of the abortion practitioner, and how far advanced her pregnancy is. Because the lifting of the Mexico City Policy was aimed at Third World countries that don’t have the high quality of health-care facilities more developed nations do, this risk is multiplied.
(3) Statistically, women who have undergone abortions also have a higher risk of suicide than women who have given birth or who have not been pregnant. The increased risk of suicide appears to be directly related to the abortion. Although there is currently some debate as to the accuracy of this claim, it is irresponsible to subject women to this procedure until all questions have been put to rest.
Mr. President, because of these reasons I ask that you reconsider your lifting of the ban against funding for this procedure in undeveloped countries. A more focused assault against poverty in those areas is called for. Our nation has gained enough of a bad reputation over the years without willfully adding to it by the increase of abortion related fatalities. I strongly urge you to reinstate the ban on abortion funding.
Thank you for your service to our nation.
Sincerely,
My name

If you go to whitehouse.gov and click on CONTACT at the bottom right of the home page you can send an email from there.
They require a name, an email address and a zip.
I'm sure there are other ways to email them but I don't know them yet.
Subvet,
I can confirm reddog's comment,I just tried it myself.

I did what you guys have suggested, it takes me to an online form thats limited to 500 characters. I didn't do a count on my letter but believe it exceeds that.
