DEARBORN, Mich. - If you love something, set it free.
And if you can't, call the police. The Detroit Free Press reports police in suburban Detroit responded to a call Thursday by a man who handcuffed his wife to their bed but misplaced the key.
Police used a universal key to free the woman.
Sgt. Ray Patrick calls the situation "more of an intimate relationship than an unlawful imprisonment."
All I'll say is that it would be a cold day in Hell if I lost a key like that. Anything else I might add can and will be used against me.

May I say that, were I ever to be found in that position (as the wife), my husband better pray that the key is never found - because his life would not be worth a plugged nickel! The Witness Protection Program would hold no hope for such a man...
