The shape of things to come.
Despite what many politicians aim for, nobody can endorse one group/lifestyle without at least implicitly condemning another. With that thought in mind, here's a link to some news about the inaugural parade.
Ladies and gentlemen, those of us who hold traditional Judeo-Christian beliefs are in for some rough times in the very near future. Don't look for it to end if B.O. fails to get reelected in 2012, we can consider his presidency an indicator of how our modern culture has changed.
Would we have heard ANY politician confidently uttering these words, "These organizations embody the best of our nation's history, diversity and commitment to service..." prior to this election? Our decay has reached critical mass and it's growth will continue exponentially.
We are so screwed. It's things like this that keep me praying for the safety and wellbeing of my children. They'll be dealing with this shit long after I'm gone.

OMG! This is absolutely pathetic. And how many Catholics voted for Obama! Course I shouldn't pick on the Catholics, I am sure the Lutherans voted that way too! But not this one!!!

oh geez, well, the BEST we can hope for is that they're unable to tone down the lewdness and turn the parade into a freak fest similar to the "Gay Mardi Gras" so that the world can see what we're really dealling with.
And with the bars open round the clock, there will be such an orgy during Inauguration week.
I live close to D.C., so I'll probably see some spillover of the above. Ugh!
Things to come, They are here in WA state, they are allow a group of Non Believer's to spew their brand of hate and disdain for those of us who believe in the state capital.
"Members of the Freedom From Religion Foundation have “won” the right to put a very large placard next to a nativity scene in the State’s Capital building. They claim they have a “right” to do this as part of the freedom of religion. In part, the sign reads, “There are no gods, no devils, no angels, no heaven or hell. There is only our natural world. Religion is but myth and superstition that hardens hearts and enslaves minds.” Happy Holidays! This claim to include diverse religious displays derives from Supreme Court language that states that government may display signs of the Nativity, but not to the seclusion of other religions."
This "Hardened Heart and Soul" prays for His guidance and Wisdom to those who have turned away from the way and word.
With the Influx of "educated" liberals in the beltway, just stand by... They are of a generation and part of society who feel that the world is about the gratification of the body and mind. They don't have or want to face the fact that there is a higher calling to steward our fellow man and commuity.

Why am I thinking of the prophet Jeremiah and the Babylonian conquest of Israel?
Funny - I was just researching this today and was looking at pictures from the New Orleans parade. Not as bad as SF's Castro district's bacchanal but I understand that NO made them tone down the lewdness and public nudity.
But to invite them to be in the inaugaration parade is just plain disgusting. The majority are once again being spit on by the few....
