Pope getting beat up (again) for preaching Catholic doctorine.

So now the Pope is getting raked over the coals for supposedly bashing gays in his speech to the Curia. I found a translated copy of that speech, funny thing about it is that nowhere do the words, "gay", "homosexual", "transvestite", "lesbian", etc show up.

The thing is eye-bleedingly long, talks for the most part about World Youth Day and some other items. The only reference to human sexuality is in a few sentences. Thats it. Period. Blink twice and you'll miss that part.

Here's an idle question, just what do the hysterically hyperventilating fudgepackers and clamlickers expect from the Pope? He's preaching the Word of God fer the love of Mike! That doesn't allow for compromise or candycoating. They don't like it, they don't have to be Catholic, it's that simple. They should go be a Unitarian Universalist or start their own church.

For Communion they could serve weiners with tutti-fruiti ice cream.

Whatever.
