Changing this blog.
"I'll be working the 16th, I'm off the 17th." That was the War Department answering my question regarding her work schedule. I wanted to know because theres a major prolife soiree planned on the 17th here in Dallas. I'll not go because even though she'll be home on the 17th, she'll be so dog tired it's heartless of me to have her watch the kids till midafternoon.
That cracking sound you heard was this straw hitting the camel's back.
I believe you're either a part of the problem or a part of the solution, period. Abortion is our version of the Holucaust, we're murdering the innocent by the thousands every day. If you read the Scripture that heads up my blog, you know I've some fairly strong views on the necessity of answering this problem of mass murder.
Can't participate in many prolife events, the WD needs to work when she does and needs to sleep when she can. Can't just throw my hands in the air in exasperation and walk away, doubt the Almighty would look kindly on that.
This POS blog can be used to help me do what very little I can to spread the word. That might be all and it isn't diddle squat in the scheme of things. But it's what I can do.
Sorry folks, no more humor here. Most of the future posts will have a strong Catholic & prolife orientation. Other topics will probably go on the backburner, they'll not go away entirely but won't enjoy the prominence they've had.
Theres work to do and I'll do whatever the hell I can. It won't be much (who really reads this blog anyway?) but its what I can do.

I read it...and on a regular basis. You and I have much in common. Sub's, Alcoholism, Pro-life, autistism, just to name a few. JUST KEEP POSTING shipmate, because when you do, some of us may pick up your stories and run with them on our blogs. Keep up the great work amigo, and remember, You are NOT a voice in the wilderness...
I posted a story yesterday about a neighbor of mine who has had a run of bad things happen to her, and not only have some folks offered to donate to her, but Patrick from "prh...A Day in the Life" is going to do what he can through an E-mail campaign. Theres a alot of great folks out there, and your one of them...
So There! ;-)

I read this blog every day. I like this blog. I think that even though you are not one of America's top 100 blogs, you count.
You do what you gotta do, I'll keep reading. If nothing else, you'll get some of us off our asses and on the streets. If you get JUST ONE person to be more active about murdering babies before they breath, you'll have done a good job.
God Bless, Keep the Faith, and remember, you're a bubble head--the same guys who drove into Tokyo Bay, who kept the pacific as a barrier, not a bridge, and who think they can do any mission, because so far, they haven't failed yet. You'll do good, 'cause you're good people.
I read it...
If you have a cause, it's your blog, your opinion. I may hate what you say at times but we have paid the price of keeping the right to voice our views so I'll still read it.
Our country is going to hell in a hand basket in a fast way. Not just the Pro Life aspect, Overall it has become a moral cesspool with no regard for other than the exercise of narcissism. No regard for our fellow man, our community, or our Nation.
Keep the faith and God Bless

Thanks guys, it means a lot.
Hey! Don't count me out. If it hadn't been for you leading the charge I wouldn't have started doing posts like it on my blog. We are the "silent majority" and we better start speaking up! Like cookie said,
so there!

Check out the post of December 31th on this blog thewomanofvirtue.blogspot. Pretty awesome in my ever so humble opinion.

The CMR guys love this site. I love your strong stances on issues and the sometimes humorous way you take things on. I don't think humor and seriousness are opposites in this sense. (if you know what I mean)
Sometimes humor is the best way for people to see the ridiculousness of things. But I'm with you. We are in a life and death struggle for the soul of this country. We're going to hell in a handbasket and the handbasket is in fifth gear.
Screw finding the brake. I'm just looking for a steering wheel.
Abortion is our version of the Holucaust(sic)...
This is wrong on several levels.
First, you don't control a woman's body.
Secondly, a fetus is not a baby.
Third, an embryo is not a baby.
It's all about the catholic church wanting to control their flock. Good luck. I believe in freedom.
beebs, thanks for the correction on the spelling. Always have trouble with that particular word.
You state, "It's all about the catholic church wanting to control their flock."
Whats your proof of this? If you have none it only qualifies as opinion. Those are like assholes, everyone has one and they all stink.
Some more than others.
And fetus, embryo and baby are stages of development for a human being.
