This sure gets old. So these grannies are saying "We're members of the Church whether we're excommunicated or not." Uh, news flash boomer girls, if you're excommunicated, you're not! Part of living the Christian Faith is something called "Obedience." That means obedience to God the Father,Son and Holy Ghost, the Church, Tradition the Successors of the Apostles, and your pastor; in that order.
There has NEVER been female priests, and there NEVER will. The Lord Jesus Christ did not mandate it. Yet you, as typical of your generation, don't feel the rules apply to you. If I were I'd heed THE END of Matthew 7.
