When I was younger, the rule of thumb for an asshole like this, making a statement like that, probably would have been a good ass beating. Today it seems that a weak talking down to is the most he will get.
Amen, nowadays kicking ass on scumbags like this will only get you a ride to the ironbar hotel. Then he'd probably sue for "mental distress" or some other crap.
