"......obvious bias or prejudice." Reading the backgrounds of all the "witnesses" to this leads one to think, "Well, DUH!!". None of the Iraqis involved qualified for any sort of objectivity towards the case and the CNIS testimony seemed to have been written by the script writer for "Dumb and Dumber". Just my opinion.
