I admire their restraint in not just shooting this jerk.

These days when I get pulled over by the cops I let them know exactly what my hand will be doing when I reach into the glove compartment to get my insurance card or into my pocket to get my license. Too many cops get shot up by scum for me to believe that officer by my window isn't just a bit on edge when my hand moves out of sight. They had every right to turn this guy into bloody Swiss cheese.
