Update on Haditha trials.

Article here on one of the accused in the Haditha murder investigation.

My original opinion was that the miltary would assemble a kangaroo court with a predetermined verdict. Some of the testimony made public showed witnesses for the prosecution already had their minds made up and didn't want to bother with the facts.

But evidently the military justice system isn't as bad as I believed. That's encouraging!

Now if only the Monday morning quarterbacks and armchair generals would just STFU and let the troops do their job we might actually win this conflict.

But I won't hold my breath on that one.
