Gee, how about this for a concept; We treat our soldiers & Marines as innocent until proven guilty beyond a shadow of a doubt? How about we remember they're in a shooting war and that the relatives of the dead they shot just might have a motive for revenge and personal gain? What a novel idea! Who'd a thunk it!

At least one member of the military's legal system has some common sense. Thank God for that!
