My knee.

Barring any unforeseen glitches, I'll have my right knee replaced in March. Since losing some weight would facilitate the recovery process, I'll be cutting back on the food intake and staying physically active. Blogging will be light from this point onward. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

  2. I have seen some amazingly fast recoveries after knee replacements nowadays. Attitude plays a role; stay positive and listen to your nurse!

  3. Dude! Heard about the knee from Mighty Mom! Are you going to be able to use your vets benefits to gt it? VA or Navy or Army Hospital? That can get steep!

  10. You would do well in getting a lot of exercise to your knee. I understand that it hurts but it will help in the long run. BTDT
