I was bored when I met Scuca and he cheered me up in the terminal. He and SPC Noormahommed made the time pass much faster with funny jokes and loving stories told about his wife. I think at that time he was getting ready to start a family with her. We bonded on the trip home, happy that we were going to see our families. He was always mentioning his wife at that time and told us,"how excited he was to see her." I saw him back at Carson from time to time and got to chat with him, catching up on how he was doing. I'm stationed in Afghanistan right now and just found out that he has fallen. He will be missed in Afghanistan.

SGT Sweet, Alonzo
704BSB 4BCTAlonzo Sweetnoreply@blogger.com
