Whoopi Goldberg is saying that Roman Polanski didn't commit "rape-rape". Noted.
He drugged a 13 year old girl and forced her to have vaginal, anal & oral sex. But that doesn't constitute "rape-rape"? I guess there are different standards for the denizens in Hollyweird than the rest of us.
Goldberg is living proof of why no one should listen to actors/actresses when they're not speaking their scripted lines. BTW, that includes the conservative ones also.

I went to the NOW website. You would have thought that they would have a statement regarding the Polanski issue front and center on their home page. Nope. You have to dig for it. Whoopi Goldberg had the audacity to write a book on manners after her drunken onstage, anti-Bush tirade during the 2004 election season. Now this. Why do decent people anywhere give her a platform?
Movie people stick together. What do you expect?
